If you have answered yes to one or more of the above statements then the North Herts Young Walkers could be the group for you.

We are predominately a 20 – 30’s rambling group operating in North Hertfordshire, however our planned walks can take place just about anywhere within the Hertfordshire borders (and sometimes a bit beyond!)

Walking, fun and friendships are the primary aims of this group. We run a series of planned walks and social events in our programmes designed to encourage walking, talking and getting to know one another.

Our walks can range from short, evening strolls to more taxing 10 – 12 mile hikes.

Whatever your preferences, there should be something in our programme to suit you and, if there isn’t, help is on hand to help you organise your own event should you wish to volunteer as a walk leader/social event organiser.

You can join us on some walks as a taster to get a feel for the group but you should join the Ramblers if you want to continue to participate in the group in the long term.
